Workshops |
These workshops provide individuals with access to their own spiritual guidance and open doors to a world of insight, wisdom, and healing. Through Direct Revelation, you may find answers to your own personal questions, solutions to problems and healing methods for yourself and others, your community, and your environment. As we awaken to these powers of the spiritual world, we may experience the unity of life and remember our truth of love, light, and Oneness. This is a joyful path that opens us to a deeper quality of life.

Introduction to the Shamanic Journey Transform the ordinary into the extraordinary! In this experiential workshop, you will be guided into the non–ordinary reality of the shamanic journey. Here you will meet and connect with your power animals and spirit teachers. By connecting to these compassionate spirits, you open yourself to Direct Revelation for receiving help, healing, and guidance. With this empowerment, you may find an awakening of your passion for life. Back This is a journey of personal empowerment and spiritual awakening. Some of the focus in this training will be on unraveling core belief systems or patterns that may place limitations on the realization of our soul's dream. With this work we may find a greater sense of self-confidence, self–esteem, creative inspiration, and meaning in life. Back This training offers spiritual methods for transmuting toxins within ourselves and our environment. Through the shamanic journey process, experiences will be offered for connecting with the Divine and a conscious awareness of Oneness for the purpose of reversing environmental pollution and promoting our own personal healing. As we gather together from a place of love and harmony miracles may occur. This work is based on Sandra Ingerman's book Medicine for the Earth. Sandra has personally trained Suzanne to bring forward these spiritual methods into the world. Back Methods of healing will be offered that will lead people into healing experiences that connect them with the Divine and all creation. We will work with the shamanic journey process to prepare ourselves as vessels and to attune ourselves to this Holy Power for the healing energy of the Divine. Methods of transfiguration and merging with the Divine will also be experienced for healing ourselves, others, and our environment. Back Shamanism as a Personal Practice Throughout history, Shamanism has been part of humanity's search for truth and conscious awareness. We will explore the cross–cultural method of the shamanic journey as an ongoing personal practice to experience the Divine within, to awaken and strengthen our innate ability for direct connection and Divine Revelation, as well as to experience personal healing. Back There is a natural spiritual current in life. As travelers on this river, we have the opportunity to sail harmoniously with this divine flow, living in balance, joy, and vitality. In this workshop, we will have the opportunity to more fully embody God's grace and love in ourselves and in our lives as we align ourselves with this natural current and web of life. Back We have the potential to be like a beacon of light, enthusiasm, and happiness. As we work with methods to call our spiritual energy back, we may find ourselves with more vitality, clarity, creativity, and inspiration. Back Connecting with the Spirits of Nature Remember how magical life was out in nature when you were a child? Through the shamanic journey method, we will joyfully awaken our spiritual abilities as we learn directly from the nature spirits, elements, and animals. We will work in co-operation and collaboration with these compassionate spirits to help restore balance and harmony in our lives and in ourselves. We will reconnect to nature's cycles, rhythms, and the web that connects all of life. Back Word Doctoring: Healing through Sound Traditional shaman of the European arctic have used the method of "word doctoring" for thousands of years to restore health, happiness, and well–being. We will work with these ancient methods of healing with sound to align ourselves with our original Divine vibration. As everything in life has a vibration, we will also explore how words shape our reality. Back
Participants in this training will learn traditional core shamanic methods for the removal of spiritual intrusions. As we work in partnership with the healing spirits we will be shown safe and practical ways to release these intrusive energies that are not part of our original essence therefore could manifest as illness, dis-ease, emotional manifestations, or just keep us from moving forward in our lives. We will also look at the restoration of the person's spiritual power and methods of strengthening and balancing their energy field and vibrational body. Back In this alchemical process, we will work with ancient methods to vibrationally make a way for, align ourselves with, and call to us the dream we have for ourselves. This process may involve unraveling core beliefs that limit our dream, reclaiming our spiritual power from the past, and learning ways to hold our attention on our dreams so that they may blossom in our life. Back What was the dream and vision we had for ourselves before we were born? This training is designed to help actualize our soul's dream. As we align ourselves energetically with our original purpose, we may experience that divine expression unfolding in our lives with grace and ease. Back Life is the greatest ceremony of all. The emphasis of this workshop is to reclaim our energies from the past and from the future to more fully experience the sacredness of life in this present moment. As we consciously move into wholeness we may find ourselves merging with the Divine within; for, as we are more present we attune ourselves with the Presence of the Divine. Back Within each of our cellular memories is the wisdom, compassion, and creative potential of the universe. The shamanic journey method is a process of "re–membering" our unity with all of life. As we lift the veils of illusion and expand our consciousness, we open a pathway to merge with our own Divinity. As we allow the infinite love of the Divine to unfurl within us, we may find our lives reflecting unlimited potential. Back This workshop offers us an experiential journey into celestial realms to attune ourselves to the higher frequencies of our Angels. As we consciously connect with these Angelic Realms, we open ourselves to a new level of spiritual growth and guidance. Healing the Present through the Past Sometimes incompletions or themes from our past lives are carried forward in time. We will focus on the clearing of any limiting energetic themes that may have been carried into this lifetime and also employ methods of reclaiming any spiritual strengths, gifts, or life force that may have been lost or forgotten along the way. With this freedom from repetitive energetic themes we may find ourselves experiencing greater happiness and fulfillment in life. Back Living in the Frequency of Love What if heaven on earth is a state of consciousness? We will work with methods to remember our natural state of grace and to dissolve any belief systems or programs that may place limitations on our potential. This workshop is about taking the journey out of our mind and stepping into our open heart so that we may consciously create a higher dream for ourselves and our lives. Back Unraveling Limiting Belief Systems Belief systems are a powerful creative force. What we believe we align ourselves with. This training offers an opportunity to look at and to transform some of our core foundational beliefs that are limiting our potential. As these old beliefs are dissolved, attention will also be placed on awakening and activating our Original Essence and belief systems of Oneness. Back This training offers a heart–based approach to helping those in transition. We will learn methods to aid and assist those in a transitionary state making a way for ease and comfort in their journey. This training will also provide classic psychopomp techniques to assist and guide beings home. Back Channeling the Compassionate Spirits Each and everyone of us has the capability of communicating with the compassionate spirit helpers. This training offers an opportunity of vibrationally aligning ourselves with, and giving voice to, these Angels, Saints, and Ascended Masters, As we bring through useful information, healing, art, music, or poetry, we may find ourselves anchoring in a higher frequency on a personal and planetary level. Soul retrieval is a method of spiritual healing that has been used cross–culturally for thousands of years to restore vital energy and life force. In this training we will explore the ways in which a fragment of the original essence may splinter off as a coping mechanism and survival technique. Participants will be introduced to methods of locating, retrieving, and restoring the pure essence, or life force, back to the person. We will also look at the after care for these vital essences and the gifts and strengths they bring back to the person.Back This workshop was designed for your empowerment and for the emergence of your Sacred self. Through a series of healing experiences we may move through the world of illusion, dissolving the fears and doubts that overshadow our Divine being. On this path of love and self–realization we may find that we already have everything we need within ourselves. This path of recognition and reverence for the Sacred in all of life may provide you with profound transformation.Back So much of what we are creating in our life is from an un-conscious level. This gathering is about exploring time-honored methods of aligning ourselves with our dreams and visions for ourselves, our lives, and our world. As we work to call our Spiritual energy back to ourselves and to dissolve any energetic blocks to our Dreams, we may find Beauty blossoming in ourselves and our lives. Back
This workshop is an opportunity to birth your own ceremonial instrument. Suzanne provides all the materials for making a standard 16" single-sided hoop drum and beater. The drum is the heartbeat of Mother Earth. Drumming realigns us with the natural rhythms and cycles of life and opens opportunities for transformation. A Healing Drum Ceremony will be offered at the end of the day. Back We will gather together to create and empower a ceremonial rattle. Suzanne will offer all the materials needed to make a rawhide rattle as well as numerous decorating items of empowerment. Back Shields of Transformation (1 Day) Come and dream into being your Sacred self. This gathering provides an opportunity to build a shield that may align us with our soul's dream for ourselves. Through the shamanic journey process we will receive guidance and wisdom about building our shields. Our shields will carry a power or vibration of creation that aligns us with our intention. Suzanne will supply the material needed for birthing your empowerment shield. Back
